EMF - Mechanical Fastening System
Unlike other mechanical joining solutions, the spliced ​​belt with the EMF system has no exposed metal parts. The transmission is very quiet and guarantees the performance of a traditional belt.
The EMF system maintains the same minimum pulley diameter requirements of the standard belt and allows the use of idlers in the drive.
The belt with EMF joint is easy and quick to install.
The EMF system is the ideal solution for conveying applications also with special coatings such as Linatex, Supergrip, PVC, Fishbone, as well as belts with cleats.
The belt can be customized by optimizing the number of pins for the specific applications load.
Available in all profiles (excluding EAGLE).
